Discovering your spiritual side

For this time my blog is going to deviate from its ‘language’ or rather ‘German language’ theme.

On suggestion of one of my students, I am inspired to write a small piece of my learning on my spiritual journey. Certainly I am neither a professional, nor a preacher. I simply believe in assimilating my experiences and wisdom gained in this life journey, which helps me move from lower to higher levels of self and soul recognition.

Spiritual path is not new to anyone of us. All of us have a spiritual understanding within us, however probably in most of the scenarios we haven’t really tapped into the real sense of it.

We have been educated by the so-called society to focus the most towards our physical projection to the outside world. Our validation through their eyes is the important factor to ascertain our credibility. Right from the start of our conscious being, we have trained ourselves to transform in a way which is accepted and appreciated by the SOCIETY.

Personally I beg to differ to the above majorly. In the above process we lose out on the most significant part of ourselves – “MYSELF”

We need to bring focus from others to ourselves. We should learn to nurture ourselves primarily to spread that same to the world.
It is important to recognise our self-worth, accept ourselves the way we are and appreciate ourselves to the fullest, to impart to the world the true version of ourselves. Superficial dynamics of life are not only short-lived, but also unfulfilling.

We may experience an eternal void within us, which we expect the outside to fill up for us. Agony or void is a self-created mental block and it’s fulfilment is within us, we need to focus our energy inwards.

It is so rightly said, our body is a physical incarnation of our soul. Body will eventually leave the earthly realm and the soul will continue to exist, which may get incarnated in another being.

Simplifying things – the purpose of our being, our existence is probably not principally connected to tangible or shallow components like wealth building, acquiring success, becoming famous, gaining followers and many more. Certainly they do form an important part of our PHYSICAL REALITY, but not our soul’s purpose.

Our purpose should be directed towards upliftment of our fellow-beings.

The journey to infinity starts from YOU. People we encounter in this journey to the situations we find ourselves in, are catalysts, who help us recognise our soul’s purpose.

Feel your breath. Rest will be taken care of.
