Blog
Every entry of my blog would always reiterate this fact: “Language cuts down all the barriers of communication.” The only reason I believe in it is because it is true!
It not only shovels down communication hurdles, but also any mental blocks we carry within us regarding communication with the unknown, or any inhibitions if at all existing.
There is always more to language learning. It is understanding cultures, defining a new world perspective and above all, increasing our tolerance towards our own tribe – humans.
If we train our minds to view language learning beyond a skill to be acquired, we would quickly realise that it’s about opening up ourselves to a new world.
You can achieve this when you move your mindset beyond books and curriculum. To explore beyond the boundaries of level tests to certifications.
Certainly our minds are majorly fixated to learn a language to get a certain certificate which validate our language skills and helps us either secure admission in a foreign university or get the most in-demand job.
When our mind looks beyond these parameters and immerses itself in the natural process of learning a new language as a human experience, we redefine ourselves, our attitude and everything which had limited us until that point.
It is really necessary to retrain our thinking process and take up language learning as a natural skill, which was and has always been imbibed in us. It’s just that over years of our existence, we curtailed it and let it reemerge as a commodity rather than an experience.
Language, which has been always flowing within us, needs to be recovered to its fullest potential. I can promise you, once you make a new language a part of your existence, you will rediscover yourself in the most amazing way. Help yourself connect with your roots, your self and then grow even further.
Language learning is indeed a form of therapy, when done in the right way & with the right mentor.
